RUN 2416 REPORT

 Run was from the Wentworth Park Play Park, Salacia Avenue (not the Bike Park).

The first of our summer bbq runs and we have a balmy 28 degrees at 6pm and 35 hashers have turned up.

An idiot was disturbing the peace when I arrived.

 Walkers and runners headed off towards the Charles Darwin Trail trying to avoid the idiot with the motorised bike. JK and Sonar nearly skittles by said idiot rider – runners split was at Silwood Ave and the walkers headed towards Wentworth Street.

Sonar and Can’t Stop were in front and headed left by the time Sir Eve got to the corner there was a FT, those front running bastards not calling the FT and not coming back to find trail. We had to go back to South Street to follow trail up Alamein Ave and back to Alexander Esplanade past the Ninja Stadium to Victoria Esplanade and a turn off through a bush track to Kangaroo Bluff Historic Site where we found Big Bang and Steady Eady at the piss stop.

Big Bang then gave us a history lesson. It was 4K to the piss stop and by the time we got back to the OnOn the walkers had done 7.34k. Runner’s trail was nearly 10k.

A couple of hashers did not make the piss stop. I met Ted Bullpit (I think he missed a bit of trail) heading past the Ninja Stadium heading for On Home.

MOP and Gov Honkers were the minders at the OnOn.

Enjoyable trail thanks to Big Bang and Steady Eddie.

SKOLS – Hash Lip(s): Can’t Stop

• The Hare(s) – Big Bang and Steady Eddie (Concensus was it was the best run this week; too short)
• Big Bang – miscalculated the length of the trail, assuring walkers the trail was only 4km
• Snack Bar and Sonar – didn’t call the FT on trail, just did their own trail instead

• Arsecutter, Viagra and Growler – got an Uber back from the piss stop
• Limp & Organ Grinder – upsetting the locals, despite being harrassed by a teenager on a motorised bike
• Steptoe – wearing “see me coming” clothing

• TopDek – new shoes
• Arsecutter, Snack Bar & Grizzly – too many U-turns – went the wrong way to get to Wentworth Park Play Park
• Viagra – greeted hashers on arrival with a wee dram of Whisky in the car park
• Thrillseeker – arrived about 20 minutes lte to hash

• Just Kidding -> Grassroots, Steptoe, Fringe Dweller – talking too much during the lip session
• In The Raw -> Can’t Stop – was locked out of the Whisky Bar on Arsecutter’s Bucks Night
• Limp -> Next Week – not happy with Limp’s attempt at BBQ cleaning, so gave it a clean to meet Health Standards
• Grizzly -> Can’t Stop – asked Can’t Stop to interpret the spray of abuse from the locals, as he speaks their language
• Limp -> MOP – Google Maps told her she was not at the correct venue when she was – tried turning around despite other hashers being there.
• Can’t Stop, Growler, Steptoe, Pole Dancer, Fringe Dweller, Grassroots, Arsecutter, Fringe Benefits, Gingernuts – F#ck Off song – all heading off on a cruise
